KKoK v1.2: Khaös-Deth Mode Unlocked

The Kon-Kahs of Khaös microgame has had a minor update, some formatting fixes, a Table of Contents and the even more bloodthirsty and maniacally violent Khaös-Deth Mode has been added to the optional rules section.
