The Eotnas Helawört

The  Eotnas Helawört  contains eight different characters over two sheets:

• Staenyöruk - the mighty stag of lightning-oak and woody weeds.
• Droþaygros - the grouse of reeds and willow.
• Köshlyþa - the  wily fox of wild branch and bark.
• Barlokösht - the fearsome boar of knotted roots and mulch.
• Rhûvyârb - the dire wolf of kindling and dead wood.
• Three Kânengro Koorö - a triskelion of twig and root hares.

Terrain

Alongside the eight Eotnas Helawört chracters is a sheet of scatter terrain featuring:

• 3x Vertically aligned hexagonal forms.
• 2x Horizontally aligned hexagonal forms.

Inspired by the Clochán an Aifir and post-war New Town modernist béton-brut municipal public space architecture.

Instruction Sheet

Included in every set of  Vlátkrig is an easy to follow instruction sheet showing you step-by-step how to construct your Vlátkrig paper miniatures, with helpful. Each instruction sheet highlights a unique aspect of papercraft - collect them all!

VTT Tokens

Alongside the PDF of Print-and-Play characters, this package comes complete with a ZIP file containing a 32-bit transparent PNG of each of the characters for use with your favourite Virtual Table Top platform.

What are Eotnas Helawört?

The  Eotnas Helawört are twisted roots and branches that have taken the forms of giant animals. 

Inspired by folklore, greek and welsh myth, the Ents of Tolkien, Holdstock's Urscumug, Morpurgo's Warhorse and Hardy's Wicker Man. The  Eotnas Helawört can be used as representations of woodland spirits, giant animals or magical constructs in most popular fantasy tabletop games.

What is Vlätkrig?

Vlätkrig is Zhu Industries range of paper miniatures, standees, flats, tokens, paper figures,  etc. designed to be an affordable, accessible, aesthetically unique and ecologically friendly alternative to plastic and metal miniatures.

Each figure, front and back, has been entirely hand drawn using old school pens and paper, before being scanned at super-high resolution and digitally flat-packed into a PDF for delivery through the interwebs, alongside a separate ZIP file of transparent PNGs for VTT use.

Vlätkrig uses round, 25mm / 1" bases, compatible with all editions of Dungeons and Dragons, OSR games with a tabletop component, Frostgrave 2nd Edition, Warhammer 2nd Edition, Warhammer 40:000 Rogue Trader, Age of Sigmar, 7TV Fantasy, and other popular tabletop adventure skirimish wargames.
