A two-part update of some work in progress:

1. Gnörven Competitive Hedgelaying Scenario

On the Autumn Equinox folk gather to celebrate the harvest, share the years produce, and take part in games and merriment. One particular game is the annual hedgelaying contest - fiercely fought over by the Gnörven hedgewardens, who pride themselves on their woodcraft.

This is some early notes and game design development for the wargame scenario that will be included in the Gnörf set.  The idea is that each set of Vlätkrig comes with a set of basic rules (based on Fighting Fantasy / Troika / RND) and a wargame scenario with special rules that uses the models in the set - so each set is  a complete package, but they can also build on each other. 

In the Gnörf set the scenario is the annual hedge-laying competition, with the two sides competing against each other to finish their hedge-laying first. This essentially uses the combat engine as a non-combative task resolution system, which fits the theme well.

2. Set Two: Haemogoblin Könkerors Prototypes


Prototypes of the Haemogoblin Könkerors - cut, glued and mounted on 2p bases. There's a few tweaks to be made, but the black-and-white model sheet is essentially complete at this stage.
